I was very disappointed that it took from April to October to finish the project. I was further disappointed that Prince William Home Improvement did not know that a permit was needed until we got cited by Fairfax County Code of Law. The Sheriff delivered two violation letters to us and gave us just three days to respond. It was very scary and hurtful. I gave it a two because of the rushing factor and I do not want anyone to have to go through what I went through. I want them to go through the survey and to see that customer service needs to be improve and make that one of their hallmarks. I work with customers all the time and know how they want to be treated. It is hard to recommend someone if this is normal practice and we do not know that because it is our first time using them.
Listen to the customer, don't accuse the customer
I had to watch closely between the plan, construction, and final waterproofing.
The on site project management was poor. The work was not completed properly and the site was not cleaned up well. No one followed up.
