If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s beyond unprofessional and very unwelcoming. The technicians and assistants are wonderful. Dr. Butala and Dr. ertugrul is wonderful. But if you dont love being talk about while waiting for Dr. Dalton, or being able to hear how she talks about other clients when they cannot hear, or how she talks to other clients to their face, then please, go somewhere else. Everytime I go to this vet they inflate their pricing. Took my dog in today for possible ear infection. Turns out it was a yeast "infection" in her ear. They charged me $450! Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be gouged as well! Taking my animals elsewhere from now on.

We took are puppy here since he's been 5 months old. We were in a paw plan and always paid are bill. On June 27, our dog got ill. He was seen and continued to get sick. We contacted them to no avail on the next day. On June 29th, we asked to please come in they said no, and we asked to speak to the vet several times; they refused and the person who answered the phone was laughing at me. Over priced and money driven only. Rude rude office staff and manager. Don’t bring in a rescue, they treat you like a peasant and talk down to you as if you are incompetent. Not at all like a good person trying to help out an abandoned animal. Pick a veterinarian that actually likes animals not just money. This used to be a great place, now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The staff here is completely incompetent, I rescued a dog from their client and the former owner paid off the remaining 8 months of the paw plan. Then the office tells me the dog can’t use it and wants me to purchase another plan. If that’s not trying to milk someone for every cent they can, I don’t know what is. Also, when my original dog came to this vet for the first time they didn’t enter his vaccine records correctly. This resulted in my dog not being vaccinated for Rabies for 2 years. My dog has lymphoma, thanks for not taking the time to check it out or listen to my concerns. You wrote it off as "chin acne" and diagnosed my dog with a "heart murmur" which is totally unrelated to why I visited you in the first place. I was told other than the heart murmur , "he is one happy healthy senior dog." Thanks to you and your carelessness, he may not live much longer because we didn't catch it in time, excuse me, you didn't catch it in time.
