I am writing this review because I think it is important to share. While the workers at this location were extremely efficient and quick, the employee doing my fingerprinting made me extremely uncomfortable with comments they made about my race. I am an Asian American, yet this employee kept arguing with me about my racial category. I felt that I had to insist that I was a Southeast Asian woman for almost the entire appointment as she questioned this. Quick and efficient! The woman who assisted was very sweet and quick. The place was clean and easy to find. Wonderful experience.
Absolutely disrespectful staff. Ignores people who were waiting with earlier appointments and calls people who came in later for fingerprinting, with people waiting over an hour. Terrible customer service. Edit: They said they checked their records and did not find my appointment. I checked my records and I did in fact have an appointment, and we were taken care of an hour late. They verified my appointment and we eventually did it. I had a good experience in this location. Ms Lopez is who attended me, she was very kind.. it didn’t take more than 10 minutes..
I was in and out pretty quickly. Staff was very kind and efficient.
