Show up early for an 8:40 appointment to get fingerprints scanned. “Should” be an easy in and out process. Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting 25+ minutes because apparently the boss “Alan” has a code that needs to be entered to use the machine and couldn’t be contacted. One would think the boss would have a better sense of what is going on with his location and get to work on time. Gentle man in the office( forgot his name) went above and beyond to accommodate me even though I was running late once there the process was smooth and I was pleased.
Very personable and prompt. Knowledgeable and provided accurate information regarding expected communication following my appointment. Friendly staff.
Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciate how easy the process was and would definitely use them again.
