Steven Lucca was very helpful during the whole loan process. He was also very prompt with answering our questions and keeping us informed. The rates he quoted us were the best out there. Another plus ++. Overall, the extra time Steven took to help us was over and beyond. I would recommend Steven any day. Steve was *awesome*. He saw us through the loan process on our first Spokane home (we moved from CA) from start to finish, and was *very* patient, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He researched out a simply outstanding loan package, found a lender, and got us a fantastic rate. His fees were entirely reasonable. He answered our every question. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute in giving him a call again, and highly recommend his services. You really should give him a call; you can't go wrong.
