Parsons company did a great job with the service provided. The company also provided a discount after a previous company charged me for an assessment quote. No one wants to pay for mold removal, but no one wants mold in their home. There were some communication and follow-up issues after my deposit was made, but overall I was satisfied with the services rendered. I would refer this company to others.

Parsons worked with me - patiently - while I dealt with a neighbor's insurance company to take care of mold remediation. I was able to quickly set an estimate appointment, which was followed within 48 hours by a written estimate to submit to insurance. When I was ready for the repair work, they again scheduled me quickly. the job was completed quickly and cleanup was thorough.
Parsons is a company that prides itself on excellent customer service. Bob Gorman was very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling the appointment when I needed it. The Crew showed up on time and did a great job on the project. The job was completed sooner than I expected . The crew cleaned up afterwards and they were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Parsons did a great job on my roof replacement. The company used good quality materials, and I especially liked the shingle selection so that I could find the best match for my home. Pricing and payment terms were very reasonable when compared to other roofing contractors.
