Micah was wonderful and Reginald was beyond wonderful. He explained everything, finished the project in a short timeframe and cleaned up afterwards. For the walk-thru he informed me of everything that had been done. I would highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time. They worked all day, until the job was completed. They took pictures to show me their work. They kept me apprised of their progress. One nice man even fixed my front door knob (not part of the job.) When the work was done, I had questions. I received detailed answers, so that I completely understood what happened in my house. They were kind, patient and polite. I highly recommend Parsons Restoration.
Parsons Restoration-- besides giving us a detailed estimate, the manager, Taylor, initiated a phone call to make sure our needs would be met by their company. Reggie and his cleaning team were very professional and thorough in every way. The price was the lowest of 3 estimates and in addition, we received an air quality evaluation from an independent laboratory and a 1 year warranty. We were very pleased with the results.
Austin has exceptional leadership skills, especially for someone so young (19). He is well organized, courteous, meticulous in details and knowledgable about his profession. As a retired Navy Senior Chief with 26 years and Contractor Program Manager over 10 years working for the USN, I've dealt with several types of leaders and Austin stands out as very few are capable.
