I am a Realtor that closed my most recent clients with them... On a Monday... The attitude/demeanor of the escrow agent that got put in charge of the closing was fairly annoyed... She clearly said she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t “listen” fully to my questions and therefore she didn’t answer them well. Even the funder seemed irritated... I had a great experience here today. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even had a great selection of snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. Most importantly, I felt genuinely valued as a customer. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a pleasant one!
I had a property back in 2006, which internet was not around, like they mailed everything. I called them today and asked for a proof of survey and the manager FOUND IT!!! I literally went on a witchhunt to find my deed to find out where this title company had it. I was closing fast. I am so grateful for customer services.
