I would not recommend living at this apartment complex based on my recent experience. I lived here for seven months and was never late on a rent payment. During that time, the property went through new management, and none of my messages or payment inquiries were being answered for weeks at a time. In September, I unfortunately lost my job and immediately reached out to management multiple times to discuss possible payment plans or options for temporary assistance. Since I made contact with Priscilla property apartments, I have absolutely been overcome with joy and satisfaction the property manager Gavin has accommodated my most every need in my transition of moving in to my new apartment home. I just moved out of Priscilla after living here for 6 months. I have zero complaints about living here. The appliances and bathroom are all brand new and great. Although the heating system is older it does a great job in the winter keeping the place warm. The security system is top notch and I never had issues. The apartment is very cozy and just what I needed. The management is also incredibly friendly and responsive.
I really like it. Walls are pretty soundproof and it’s the perfect size if you are a minimalist. It’s also built nicely and is updated with newer equipment. Management has been nice and very helpful.
Living and management was fine while living there but after living there and trying to get a new apartment the management of the building refused to respond to any contacts from my new landlord so I could get a new place to live causing me to be temporarily homeless while trying to wait for them to respond.
