Got there 9:30 am. 2 people in waiting room. Waited 2 hours to be seen by a np. No doctor on site. Didn't check my throat or glands, just asked questions and prescribed medication. So much for URGENT care. Will not go there again. Big disappointment!
I stopped by this location just a few minutes ago because I believe I have an ear infection and wanted to be seen quickly on my lunch break. I accidentally left my drivers license at home but I had a credit card with my name on it, my work ID that has a picture of me and my name on it and my insurance card with my name on it. They denied me care because the Id did not have my birthdate on it which is crazy to me. Tell me why you need something with my birthdate on it to take my money? This my first time at this urgent care, and my experience was satisfactory. The urgent care was opened on time and the hours on the door was accurate. In comparison to the time that they opened. The space in-between the doors was clean and fresh smelling. Once in the lobby area, it was very clean. And the bathroom in the lobby was clean. I went in the Ribaut Rd location with a suspected nail fungus, which I told the front office about upon arrival. After doing all their paperwork, waiting, and paying $150, I was then told by the Nurse Practitioner that they do not have the ability to do anything about a nail fungus. That it requires bloodwork and that they don't do that. I asked if she could write a prescription for a anti-fungus, and she said she can't. Then why did they take my $150?
