PLEASE do not come here. I came in a while ago with a serious stomach bug. They made me wait four hours and when I finally got in the room I waited another two hours. When I finally was seen by the doctor for about five minutes. all they did was push down my stomach and told me I had gastritis and sent me home with protonix told me it would clear up soon. Made my appointment for 4 PM prior to showing up didn’t see the doctor until 3 hours later even with the appointment. Filled out all the paperwork online prior to showing up just to have to refill it out upon arrival. The front desk lady was blaring Christian music in the lobby kinda seemed a little inappropriate or out of touch. Not to mention the gigantic hole in the ceiling. Nothing urgent about this care…
I am a Veteran and VA referred me to this urgent care. I had a Sinus Infection. Fast and Friendly Staff. Recommend treatment which worked. Glad this Urgent Care is local. Recommend going at non peak days and times.
My visit today was very disappointing due to the front desk lady dasia's attitude. She wasn’t informative at all, seemed irritated when asked simple questions, and had a rushing, dismissive demeanor that made the entire experience uncomfortable. There was no sense of professionalism or courtesy. Definitely not the type of first impression any care facility should want to leave on patients. Huge shout out to nurse Lynn, for her compassion, professionalism and caring spirit.
Walk in. Reception said there is one appointment before me. I am next. 5 people walk in, one walks out, 3 hours later. Reception nice, but this place is ridiculous. Waited 3 hours, bad cough. Now have to wait. Not urgent care at all. Over 3 hours later got called back to a room. Received an emergency text from my office. Doctor needs authorization to perform emergency surgery on a client whom I am POA for. My phone had very little power after doing emails etc for 3 hours.
