This was my third visit to Prisma and it never fails to exceed my expectations. I am a writer of BAD reviews, when deserved, but I feel stronger about writing when things are great. I do expect great results because that is my work ethic as to how to treat and respond to clients and patients. Yet so many fail in my book. First time I’ve tried Prisma as they just recently opened. Very clean place. Everyone that worked there had a smile on their face and they got me right back on a Sunday evening. The Nurse Aleshia was awesome. So sweet and caring and knew what she was doing. We will definitely be back. Easy check in process as well.

It is nice to have Prisma Health here in Mt Pleasant. My regular doctor cold not see me right away and thank God I remember the new emergent care. I had a great experience at the North Mount Pleasant location. From the front desk to triage to the provider, everybody was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly with no wait and will happily return when needed.
