Wait time was expected due to that we were walk ins staff was great and friendly lobby was cleaned check in was great. I would recommend new patients if they are looking for a friendly place to get the care they need.

I used the pre check in. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The nurse who did triage was professional and kind. The NP listened to what I needed. I was in and out in under 20 minutes!

I booked an appointment for 12 noon. I checked in at 11:55 AM. I was told there would be a wait because they were busy, it should only be a few minutes. I wasn’t taking back to a room until 1 PM. I waited until 150 and still had not seen anyone. Very, very disappointed in the service and when I expressed that, I was told they were shorthanded and that they were busy. They would also to check where I was in the wait . I told them they should not book appointments in that case.

Made an appointment online and waited 2.5 hours to be seen. No reason to really make an appointment. They certainly do not honor it and no everyone else didn’t make appointments. I ask!!
