After a few attempts with a different company to get my only 3 year old heat pump working correctly, I was referred to Pristine Air Services. Chuck was very communicative and thorough, taking his time to assess all possibilities and explaining to me recommendations to keep looming issues from creeping up again after fixing the original problems. I would highly recommend him and the Pristine Air team if looking for honesty, reasonableness, and trustworthiness.
Pristine Air solved our dryer ducting issues after being taken by 2 companies that didn't do the work to code. Joseph our technician came up with an alternative solution due pipes being in the way under the crawl space. When the alternative made our dryer stick out further from the wall then previously, in a very small laundry room, he recommended pedestals so they could tuck back in. Pristine Air Services did their job of Servicing my furnace and coming back and doing an honest and clean job when I informed them that a certain part is not working. The owner himself came with another technician. Both of them did an excellent job. I am very happy with their work ethics and dedication to the job they do. Great company. They are trustworthy people.
I was delighted with the HVAC service proved by Cody of Pristine Air Services. He arrived early, conducted his business thoroughly and quietly (it’s an office building with tenants), was courteous, and provided a detailed written statement upon completion . Most refreshing, the service was part of my maintenance contract with Pristine Air; no charge.
They did a great job with cleaning my vents. Super fast, easy scheduling, reasonable cost. Cody did a great job explain the work and was very professional and personable.
