Chuck was amazing. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with the heat pump system, and instead of overcharging some ridiculous price, his four hours of work were boiled down to their normal diagnostic fee. This company will be my first choice for any future needed service on my system.
I couldn’t be happier . My furnace went out days before Christmas, on a Friday ! I was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment on their website using a user friendly scheduling calendar with real time appointment windows. I’m a little technology challenged, and this was super easy. They scheduled my appointment first thing the following Monday. Joseph came over and diagnosed the problem immediately. Great company. Chuck did an amazing job cleaning our minisplit which was very dirty. Took his time and cleaned everything, the minisplit looks brand new. It was a dirty job but he left everything PRISTINE. Thank you so very much, we look forward to working with this company for years to come.
Chuck and his team have done an excellent job replacing our furnace. Chuck’s initial assessment and estimate were detailed and organized. They completed the remove and replacement in less than a day, and left the area cleaned. He even improved the air flow from furnace to the duct, by increasing the distance.
