Called **** to schedule a simple no-cover pool closing and he said the morning of November 26th. No one showed so I called at noon and **** answered and said he had no record our conversation from two weeks earlier. No apology, no offer to get a resolution, nothing. No wonder he is not BBB accredited. Would advise anyone considering this business to be aware. After my I hung up my wife reminded me that I had a very similar issue the previous year. Shouldn't have made the same mistake twice, my bad!
Charged me to replace two or three grids in a DE swimming pool filter. Period after they were replaced we had leak by unfortunately one of his men got put in the hospital for a week or two and another guy took his place. The guy told me I had breakthrough I said yes I know its happened ever since you guys replaced the filter element. I let them go due to a dog problem which nobody else my yard people have no problem with this little dog.
