Jennifer with Pro Outdoor Services was fantastic! She scheduled us quickly and was responsive to my many questions. The tech that arrived was on time and communicative. He provided an affordable estimate for the work that needed to be done to restore our outdoor lighting. The following week when he came back to complete the work, he was again on time and at the completion of the work the lights were working perfectly! We called multiple companies, and the value at Pro Outdoor Services was superb! We would definitely use them again in the future, and so should you!

We used Pro Outdoor Services to install irrigation system on our property. We had just spent thousands on new trees and plants and we wanted to be sure they had proper watering. We could not be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. Their quote came in better than others and their customer service was exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

Pro Outdoor Services has installed artificial turf in a portion of our backyard, repaired our irrigation system, installed a "smart" system controller and last month replaced all lines in our irrigation system and added two valves. We have found the firm to be professional, efficient and quality-oriented.

Pro Outdoor Services Review
After buying our home in Scottsdale last year as a second home, we thought we could “live” with the poorly done outdoor BBQ/Bar/Fire-pit for periodic visits. But in May this year we decided to move here full time from Hawaii and knew this outdoor area was no longer livable.
Having had Pro Outdoor Services install a misting system last year and found them to be very professional, cost sensitive with on time performance, we decided to go with them for creating a new outdoor entertainment area. I talked with Josh and he suggested several ideas. Then Shane and Jen came to review our area and made many suggestions that we’d not even thought about. From there the design ideas just kept getting better and better — Josh came to do a drone video and then proceeded to build a virtual design for us. Visiting their office and actually walking thru the virtual design of their vision of what we could have made us decide to proceed.
Today we have what could be viewed as a remarkable transformation! Juan’s team built the BBQ Island, the Chiminea, and a stone walkway. The shade sail proved both color and cooling shade. The final touch was Keith designing and forging wrought iron pieces for the mantel and two chiminea windows...a real touch of class. With all of these efforts in play and our occasional adds, Shane did a magnificent job of keeping it all moving along and solving any issues. He even found the chocolate flagstone for the chiminea seating! We have to say this outside area has become welcoming entertainment lanai! Highly recommend this team for your future work!

I purchased a home with an older Orbit irrigation system and had two leaks. I did not have a long wait for an appointment and could not be more pleased with Matt (service person who fixed both) and the company. Professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. Whether they continue to repair my system, or eventually install a new one for me, Pro Outdoor is my choice for both. Reasonable priced, honest and good at what they do.

Jennifer and her team went above and beyond with our irrigation project. The work was done quickly, efficiently and they cleaned Up after They were done. We’re very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their service. Highly professional and very responsive. Thank you! Great job.

I needed a minor repair to my outdoor lighting - locating and fixing damaged underground wiring. Matt came by on a very hot day , located the problem, dug through rock and hard soil, and repaired the issue. He didn't complain about the conditions, just performed the repairs with a smile, and charged me a very reasonable amount. It is often difficult to find companies willing to take on small repairs, but I was very impressed with Matt and the company - from their willingness to take on a small project to their hard work and their reasonable pricing. Based on this experience, I would certainly trust them with larger jobs.

I arrived at our 2nd home in Arizona to find the automatic sprinkler system had failed. I called Pro Outdoor and they took care of installing a new timer. Very prompt and professional service! I highly recommend them.
