Jonathan was great. He let us know he could arrive early and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He went through everything inspected and made my buyers feel very comfortable with his findings. The report is laid out with every detail along with pictures and videos which make things so easy!
Inspector showed up right on time. The report was thorough. Our only dislike was that he did not move the stove out to look at the water heater but reported the water setting was too hot - so he knew we had an issue here but did not confirm by looking at the unit itself. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the thorough report provided.
This company did an inspection for a property that we are looking into buying. They came in and did a professional and accurate inspection. They give detail on everything that is found. It gives you a sense of completeness. I would recommend this company to anybody that wants a good house inspection. They will be my future go to company for home inspections.

Our inspector Brad was on time and very thorough. Throughout the inspection he would pause to provide updates or point out issues he knew would need to be addressed. At the conclusion of the inspection he provided an excellent summary of his findings and explained how the final report would be presented. The whole process from scheduling to receipt of the final report (just a few hours after the inspection) was very simple. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
