Everything was great
The process of signing up and weekly check ins are great!! I saw results right away, and it keeps me motivated to stay on track!! Very pleased so far.....5 weeks in!!
The program was easy to fallow and I lost 15 lbs in the first 2 weeks. It also tought me to be aware of what I eat and that you can enjoy all food but in moderation. It definitely changed my life and way of thinking when I eat. Thank you pro weight loss.
As of today, I have lost 85 ponds and 60 inches. In just 5 months. I still have 40 pounds to go. I have found the plan very easy to follow and very effective. The support of the staff Jas been great as well.
Goals were set and monitored. Help was always professional and available. Staff was caring and friendly with encouraging words of support. They helped me stay focused. The program works if you are committed. The results are evident from the first few days. Lost over 50 pounds, and am maintaining. My wife lost over 20 pounds by following along. I recommend the program to a friend and he is having similar results. Worth the effort.
I'm three weeks in & I'm completely satisfied with my progress & the support I've gotten from the team. I like the weekly email communication & the journal & manual have been great resources/ tools.
