The process of signing up and weekly check ins are great!! I saw results right away, and it keeps me motivated to stay on track!! Very pleased so far.....5 weeks in!!

Goals were set and monitored. Help was always professional and available. Staff was caring and friendly with encouraging words of support. They helped me stay focused. The program works if you are committed. The results are evident from the first few days. Lost over 50 pounds, and am maintaining.

My wife lost over 20 pounds by following along.
