My experience is from last year. I did follow the program around July with all dedication for a month but somehow it did not work for me. With my busy schedule, it was very difficult for me to give it another attempt. I got a text and an email for a review, I did not want to give a bad review, just because it did not work for me does not mean the product wont work for anyone else. The program works great. For 10 years I had been up and down with weight, often up because I'd get discouraged after dieting and exercising I only lost a few pounds. The customized plan for me and the rapid weight loss in the early phase was key to my confidence to keep going. Perhaps more importantly was how much I learned about nutrition in general. Highly recommend this program as it's definitely worth it.
So far so good, losing weight! Lot's! Would like to be able to see RN army convenience.
