Our dealer and myself are having to deal with pieces of cabinetry that have been received to us twice now, DAMAGED. As a paying customer of the damaged cabinet pieces I have to say I am Not very impressed with the company; although they do look nice, that's not what's important here. Perhaps the person preparing to ship the cabinets or the person transporting the cabinets could take time to consider the consumer and the dealer since that is who is paying and supporting this company. Awful "after the sale" customer service. I have no complaint about the cabinets. They're exactly what we wanted. However, when the installer started installing the cabinets, several things were missing . . . door hardware, corner trim and crown molding . A door was obviously shipped with two gouges that had been finished and shipped. We contacted our dealer and he started the dialog with Procraft. If this company's name is ever mentioned by me as a recommendation it will be followed by the horrible experience we had. The main issue was how non-responsive the sales team were. We had to practically beg them to take our $10-15k to redo our kitchen. We wanted Procraft to do the work upon first getting a recommendation to go to them and came ready to pay upfront & schedule the appointment because they came highly recommended from our contractor. I've always had a great experience with pro craft. Dennis has helped us with numerous projects. We are always happy with the quality and service.
First off I like their cabinets are really good quality, but their customers services and their shipping are horribly bad. I only order from them 5 times and every time there was something wrong with it. This last time it took me over 2 months to get 3 cabinets. They even shipped my cabinets to Atlanta warehouse so I can pick them up and when I got there half of my order was there so I had to keeping calling the for days just to get my cabinets.
