My father was in a rehab, then skilled nursing, then assisted living facility. We then brought him home and hired Professional Care Match in Westport MA for in home caretaker services. By comparison, the level of attention, professionalism and caring provided by their CNA Home Health Aide's far exceeded the quality of care received in the facilities. At first I enjoyed working for this company. As time has gone on, they consistently ask for us to take on extra shifts. They offer a $25 team player bonus if you do. Which is an insult when you work 12 hour shifts overnights. People quit left and right. I made it one month shy of a year. I absolutely loved my patient and hated to quit but the laxadasical attitude of the owner about other responsibilities you may have was enough.
