I want to say I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and prompt replies back from Yadira C. It has been a stressful few months with taking care of some billing errors on my account, but she assured me to not worry much. People like Yadira need to be in every department at Progress Residential.

I struggle with how many stars to give. The move, service requests, etc have been great (better than expected). But at the same time, it is June 8th and the company still hasnt paid the annual HOA fee so I have no access to any amenities. I have called many, many times. I have emailed many, many times. No one is doing anything :(

I had an electrical issue on one side of the house which caused no power for my living room. We also were able to smell a burning smell. It happed over night while we were asleep. Upon noticing the issue I immediately called progress residential to notify them of the issue. I was on the phone with one of the representatives that set the appointment up for Monday morning but it needed to be handled immediately. I had a prescribed/handed over debt that I wanted to settle but the credit provider said they sold the debt but I couldn’t get hold of the lawyers where the debt was sold to. I filed for bankruptcy 3 months ago and we also wanted to move to Denver by December therefore we needed an urgent help fixing our credit. I was very pleased with Jordan and Trifecta Credit Solutions. I would certainly recommend her to assist in repairing your credit. She helped me with all my credit issues in a timely matter. For so long, I didn't think I would ever be able to qualify for a major credit card. Thanks to her hard work, I now have my first Visa credit card! I'm so happy! A welcome packet for folks coming from out of state or new to the area. When are trash day(s)? My sink faucet still leaks after four attempts. Front door lock will not work from the inside, however works from the outside. Regards, Mike

Simply visit the site and select the drop down arrow next to "Resident Services." You will see an option for "Submit New Service Request." Once submitted, you may also use the same process to check the status on the requests. Please let us know if you have additional questions/concerns.
