I think Marlow and Linda are great. Those are the two that I worked with so far. I appreciate their communication skills. Welcome me through some things so that I don’t understand and Marlow is pretty funny also! I’ve had a great experience and I hope to continue our relationship for as long as I can have an awesome day!!
Post operative patient. Was assured a Nurse would be here by Noon, for an intake. They never showed up, or called. Update: After waiting all day, a Nurse called to let me know she had several patients, and couldn't make it out until later this evening. Thank you for the call back..but it's entirely very unprofessional to make people left hanging. Also, was placed on hold for 29 minutes. Update: There is a very rude Supervisor by the name of Maria. Linda asked me questions and I gave her answers. Everything went good I think. My son assembled my shower bench in front of her. She met my son and his girlfriend that is pregnant with Twins ( Boys). The medicine boxes 😕 me so I put them back in their own bottles. But overall all, it went good. The reason I gave her a 3 is because we really don't know each other. Nothing against her. Ty.
Progressive has been great! We love Jetta, my mom’s nurse! She will even pick up my mom’s medications from the pharmacy! Jetta is so good about communicating with me. I highly recommend Progressive.
Jetta is great, she was patient, understanding and professional. She answered all of my questions that she could and helped steer me in the right direction to get answers on the rest. Update: Surgeon visit today and he was amazed at how well I was healing, he had expected another 3-4 weeks before we hit this stage, so a big Thank you to Jetta, Cathy and everyone else at Home Health and Hospice!
