Dr. Radcliff’s team was polite, kind, and professional while I was there. I did not get to see the Dr. for my first appointment. I saw his Nurse Practitioner Jordan who did my exam and tried to make me feel at ease while in so much discomfort. The key for me was getting an MRI approved by my insurance and she was able to do that. She prescribed a medication for me that was to help with the pain and it has been very helpful for me while I wait for my MRI results and see the Dr. on my next visit back.
