Verified Renter I would highly recommend living at the Promenade. The apartments are well maintained and ready upon move-in. They have luxury finishes and GE appliances. The amenities are top notch and in working order, club house is available after office hours as well. The application process was efficient and convenient and offer many variations in floor plans that are way more unique than the average matchbox apartments these days.

We are part of a great community, making some life long friends.The maintenance team have mostly always fixed all our request There was issues with the trash and parking, but they have worked hard to correct those issues.
