Verified Renter Haven’t lived here long enough but the last 30 days so far so good . Maintenance is quick to respond. Neighbors are friendly. The location is amazing.

Verified Renter Only thing I would improve is a more strict schedule for trash pick up. Other than that there really isn’t anything to complain about. Everyone is friendly and it is a very clean and well kept building
Verified Renter All is good. This is a nice community and my only complaint is parking. There needs to be more parking options and also there needs to be an alternative way of opening the parking garage, like a key fob. It sucks that I have to walk all the way around if I park on the first floor because I can't walk out via gate, which is closer to my apartmwnt.
Verified Renter Packages get stolen very often. Loud noises from neighbors all week. Smells of cigarette smoking inside the complex especially on weekends.
Verified Renter Good apartments but no friendly neighbours. Can be more resident friendly rather stating rules and policies. All that matters at the end is the resident satisfaction.
Verified Renter The complex is nice. The problem is dog owners allow their dogs to poop everywhere in the community common areas. Management not holding people responsible for it.
Verified Renter I love living here! Maintenance is so great annd they respond very quickly. Everyone is very dog friendly which is super nice. The amenities are well kept and clean too

Verified Renter I love the apartment. Clean environment and timely maintenance, should you ever need it. My washer broke and they sent someone in by 2am to come check it out.
