Great company with solid communication. Our tech replaced 3 faucets. And helped us with a toilet flushing issue. He was nice, explained our options and scheduled us when the faucets arrived in a timely manner We will use them again if needed
I had a great experience from dispatch to finish. Customer service was excellent. The office was able to arrange an appointment sooner than the previously planned.It meant a lot because I didn’t have hot water for a week. Nick did a fantastic job installing my water heater. Pronto Plumbing was right on time. The initial technician who came to diagnose the issue with my water heater was friendly and knowledgeable and made we aware of code changes that would need to be done as part of my replacement.
