Would not recommend this company. They were Slow moving, poor communicators (unanswered and unresponsive to calls, emails and texts), and unable to provide a schedule. When I met the owner to terminate our contract, he was hysterically angry, offensive, and belligerent. He made made a big silly show for the few employees in his office. I hired a different restoration contractor the next day and two weeks later now have 95% of work completed. I strongly recommend not using PDR services.

We strongly recommend a high degree of caution IF electing to work on this person’s property at all. Our binding contract, signed by all parties on July 19th, 2021, can reflect that his statements are false and untrue. The homeowner was communicated with at this time about the two-week period needed prior to starting the job in order to schedule the various trades needed.
