I would HIGHLY recommend PMI to anyone considering to rent their property. We needed to get our rental property rental ready in less than 2 weeks, have it photographed and listed. Oliver walked me through the process, the contract and all the small details all while being totally available for communication and trouble shooting. New move in experience- great! Move in process was very smooth, aided by phone apps for docs, portal payment options, easy utility check list. Tiffany was personable, professional and very communicative. I moved from out of state and it was a hiccup free process and the home exceeded expectations.
