Had a pipe burst in my crawl space which flooded it. Called a few companies and out of those ProRestoration showed up within the hour. Water was extracted and they began the necessary drying process, . Very impressed with their response time, workers and knowledge. Angie and Shana worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Highly recommend them for any water restoration.

We contacted this company for water mitigation. The President of the company showed up because he was around the area. He assessed the damage and said that it was not bad at all. He then sent someone to check the water damage and bring the vacuum. The person was here for less than an hour. It certainly was not a big job. I gave the insurance the company's information. They charged the insurance $1,930. I reviewed the invoice and the charges were not accurate. They charged for items that were not even done. Although the insur... read more

Please do not give this company your business. They demolished my home either because they’re frauds and for insurance purposes, or because they are extremely incompetent. First off I never write reviews but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They were called to the home I rent to clean up some water. I had a pipe bust in my bedroom bathroom that flooded almost half the house. Almost immediately they started drilling holes into the walls and destroying things.
