The experience was about what one would normally expect from a dealership. I arrived hoping to use a discount coupon issued by the dealership itself, but the person who greeted me said they would have to check to see if the coupon had expired. The very least one expects is for them to be aware of the promotions they are currently running. Needed a tire replaced through 3rd party warranty and our dealership in Pilot Point kept giving us the run around. Called Cody and he was freaking amazing. Got the job done and really took ownership of the issue. 5 star service
Ashton in the service department helped me with an issue on my F-150 that was causing me ongoing problems and I was worried that it would be an expensive fix. She was able to get it fully repaired under warranty and while the original estimate was 3 to 4 days, she got it done the next day after I dropped the truck off. Had a great experience with Robert. Was super helpful, fixed my taillight and ordered me an uber to and from chick fil a while I waited. Topped off my gas and ran my car through the wash by the time I got back. Great service
