The experience was about what one would normally expect from a dealership. I arrived hoping to use a discount coupon issued by the dealership itself, but the person who greeted me said they would have to check to see if the coupon had expired. The very least one expects is for them to be aware of the promotions they are currently running. I brought my F150 in for repairs and had a great experience. Pepper was my service rep and was excellent to work with, professional, communicative, and made the whole process easy. I had a third party extended warranty, and he handled opening the claim and managing everything from start to finish, which saved me a lot of time and money.
