This dealership has taken care of my vehicle since the first week they opened. I didn't buy it from them, but I've always felt like the service was good. My truck is a 2020, so it's out of factory warranty. With a previous post warranty issue, my service advisor coordinated recalls with other repairs and got the job done at a much lower cost. Thankful for my oil change but the service is slower than molasses! 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if all the workers or there, if some call out the service is still the same every time. 2 hours or more!

I purchased a ford mach E there, I had issue with my tailgate lock, the service provided the overprice estimate. I asked them to provide me the part which they replaced for, they are not willing to give me that old part. I dropped off the vehicle on 8/6/2025, they told me the vehicle won't ready to 8/13/2025, only for fixing the tail gate latch lock, they will charge you for $1176, and they will not provide a loaner car to you. This was my second time in and second not so great experience. The first time was basic service which I previously noted was fumbled. This time, I had (still have) a leak in my washer fluid system somewhere. I made an appointment, which was on a Monday morning. I took it in and was told then that they needed to keep the truck for 3-4 days. What I didn't realize at the time was that meant 3-4 days just to look at it.
