Brought my car in for a recall and voiced a concern about a suspicious noise coming from my windows. I attached a video to the phone number they provide to keep in contact, since it wasn't consistent, and he agreed something was wrong. Alex kept me updated on the issue, told me i needed a new regulator that was covered under warranty, when the part should arrive and roughly when the car should be ready. Ashton in the service department helped me with an issue on my F-150 that was causing me ongoing problems and I was worried that it would be an expensive fix. She was able to get it fully repaired under warranty and while the original estimate was 3 to 4 days, she got it done the next day after I dropped the truck off. I am so happy that I made the drive to Prosper Ford instead of taking to the Ford dealership that is a couple minutes from where I live. Took mt Mach e in for service this morning and was met by Cody, He took my info. and told me everything that will be inspected. Then he provided me with an Uber ride home. Advised me when my car was completed, Then had it delivered to my house! How can you ask for more? IDK about all these other reviews but My experience with Prosper Ford was exceptional!!
