This dealership has taken care of my vehicle since the first week they opened. I didn't buy it from them, but I've always felt like the service was good. My truck is a 2020, so it's out of factory warranty. With a previous post warranty issue, my service advisor coordinated recalls with other repairs and got the job done at a much lower cost. Thankful for my oil change but the service is slower than molasses! 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if all the workers or there, if some call out the service is still the same every time. 2 hours or more!
This was my second time in and second not so great experience. The first time was basic service which I previously noted was fumbled. This time, I had (still have) a leak in my washer fluid system somewhere. I made an appointment, which was on a Monday morning. I took it in and was told then that they needed to keep the truck for 3-4 days. What I didn't realize at the time was that meant 3-4 days just to look at it.
