I purchased a ford mach E there, I had issue with my tailgate lock, the service provided the overprice estimate. I asked them to provide me the part which they replaced for, they are not willing to give me that old part. I dropped off the vehicle on 8/6/2025, they told me the vehicle won't ready to 8/13/2025, only for fixing the tail gate latch lock, they will charge you for $1176, and they will not provide a loaner car to you. As you can see, I previously left a 5 star review (see attached photo). Prosper Ford was able to give me the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted, which I value greatly. While there were two manufacturing defects on the brand new vehicle, I was assured that they would be repaired quickly and easily. However, that has been anything but the case with Prosper Ford. This was my second time in and second not so great experience. The first time was basic service which I previously noted was fumbled. This time, I had (still have) a leak in my washer fluid system somewhere. I made an appointment, which was on a Monday morning. I took it in and was told then that they needed to keep the truck for 3-4 days. What I didn't realize at the time was that meant 3-4 days just to look at it. We've owned probably 20 cars over the years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. My 2021 Super Duty was towed in to the dealership back in February and each week I was fighting with the service manager and general manager about getting the truck fixed under warranty. After about 2 months of the truck sitting at Ford Prosper I came in and spoke with the General Manager and Service Manager who were very unpleasant. The only 2 times I’ve visited Prosper Ford, I’ve had issues each time. First time a few months ago, I dropped my pickup off for service. They called me after a an hour or so to pick up. The following day, my windshield fluid alert flashed on my dash. I popped the hood, and I wasn’t topped off with windshield washer fluid.
