I love that Jim knows the eastern ways of practices… whenever I may misalign my shoulders or lower back, he knows exactly what to do! This isn’t your ordinary message spot, you will have to tolerate some pain to readjust back to your bodily flow. I have been coming to Jim since he was in EB and maybe 8y ago. Still a very reputable and honorable man!
Kathy is amazing!!! I swear she has healing hands. I called on a Saturday with a hope she would take me as I was desperate and not only did she take my appointment, she spent so much time with me and tailored my entire appointment to what my body needed. AND tought me how to help myself. I have zero pain since. Cannot recommend enough.
This is the best place ever! Cathy is such an amazing lady who is so intelligent, and knowledgeable on athletes! This is the place to be! My back pain is already subsided from 1 session!
Jim at ProStar has saved me from an injury that would have otherwise plagued me for the rest of my life. If he did not care as much as he does about helping people, I would have continued to develop terrible health issues stemming from internal injuries. Jim knows what he’s doing! I go out of my way to go to Jim for adjustments! Before and after his sessions really help alleviate any pressure or pain I have!
