Maurice was very good at updating us on his arrival time at the house. He was prompt on arrival and did a thorough inspection. He took time to explain options and answer all my questions. I would recommend working with this company and Maurice specifically. He will be upfront with his professional recommendations and provide peace of mind on how to move forward.
We had an issue at our home in Clarendon Hills with a ceiling leak and Maurice came out to assist and gave us some great advice on how to deal with the issue. Coincidentally, his appointment was timed to that crazy downpour we had last week , and our basement was flooded. We had a water leak in our kitchen area and weren’t sure about the extent of the clean up and restoration needed. Maurice from ProTech explained the restoration process clearly and mapped out a solution. Their team then set up all the equipment and adjusted them as needed to address all the damaged areas.
