Providence is Amazing! Beautiful apartments with great new team. There has been some challenges, but the new team is doing great! The pool is beautiful as well :)

Too much for too little Although management has been working to get this place up to par, there are issues that they aren’t able to solve such as pest problems, lack of adequate funding for repairs, and poor quality ground maintenance. The breeze ways in building 1 is very dirty, and the parking lot spaces are very narrow causing vehicles to be crammed up next to each other. The residences aren’t very nice either. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took them 4 months to process my application. I got approved and moved in. Upon my personal inspection of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath, I noticed my master bathroom shower and tub not working, the dishwasher holding old, moldy water, the kitchen sink did not work and the microwave above the stove didn't work either.
