Great apartments, great location, and great service. Jessica (the leasing agent I worked with) was fantastic at helping me find the right floor plan. She also was very accommodating & helped me make some great changes to my move-in plan. I leased the Blevins Gap floor plan & it couldn’t have worked out better. The appliances are updated & storage is spacious. The A/C works very well. It’s also great how close to Providence Village it is, but it still has privacy & is quiet. Providence Place is in the perfect location and offers beautiful apartment homes, the best amenities, great community, and so much more! If you’re searching for a new apartment, this is one of the best in the area!
This is my second year living here and I am very disappointed. When I first moved in the community was great, but now has seemingly gone down hill. It takes many, many attempts to get work orders resolved, I go days and sometimes close to a week without receiving valet trash service when I see that others have had their trash removed. Providence has the space needed when searching for apartments. NO real clubhouse. Although it has a bit dated look inside, it is located in a great area that is evolving. It’s a very busy area if you like it quieter. There are a LOT of options in the area now , but these offer larger closets if that matters. The apartments are gorgeous, reasonably priced, and they’re also located in a great walkable area! However, 2+ week maintenance wait times for something like a major appliance is very frustrating. We’ve been without a washer for over two weeks now, and have received zero updates thus far on when someone will be able to look at it.
