The place is tolerable if you can ignore sewage odors, trash overflows, rats scratching in the walls and vents and cockroaches everywhere you turn.

Several men who work for maintenance & management come in unannounced every week. The water to shower is almost never hot, but each person who rents a room pays $100 a month in water + sewer?? The wifi barely works. Most of the doors to enter the building do not lock, so quite anyone can enter into the building. Shootings every other night on just a few streets over. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD LIVE HERE - Serious Health & Safety Concerns I'm writing this review as a concerned parent to warn others about the horrible living conditions at Proximity. My daughter lived here, and her experience was extremely disappointing and disturbing. This place is rat and roach infested - and I'm not exaggerating. Someone passed out at the dumpster. Says no trespassing so tried to call front desk/security but no answer. There's squatters here most times because trash isn't cared for. Mostly feel unsafe walking past this building

All jokes aside please don't consider renting with these con artist . They claim that they lease by the bed which is true but comes with a catch. This month my rent was $1,119.01 FOR A ROOM in a 3 bed room apartment which is listed at $819 . That's almost $300 extra strictly for water / Sewage. Now you might be thinking oh my kid won't use that much water NO . THEY DONT CHARGE WATER/SEWAGE BY UNIT USAGE. THEY TAKE THE BUILDING AS A WHOLE AND DIVIDE IT BY EVERY TENIT.
