I've been meaning to write this for a while now! We continue to be so impressed with the care provided to my fur babies at Pruyn. Dr. David and the wonderful staff have been so incredibly kind, compassionate, professional, and accommodating through everything from pet illness and end of life care to routine check-ups. I'm from Billings and needed unexpected veterinary care while visiting Missoula. The team at Pruyn Vet were wonderful--quick, kind, and professional. It's never fun dealing with a pet issue while away from home, but they made the experience so much easier. Really appreciate their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!

Great experience with my dog. Got an appointment same day, and no wait when we got there. The vet and tech were great at explaining everything, including costs before any treatment was started. Very happy with the overall experience!

I don't know why they have such bad reviews on here. From my personal experiences with them, it's been good. I'm here on vacation but my family takes their dog here. But I had to bring my kid in for a UTI. They sent me home with antibiotics (standard) but it turned out to be more severe and needed to be taken to the ER. I do wish the DVM talked a little more about further options rather than just sending home antibiotics. But she did listen to me and I do feel like I got good care overall! The staff here is wonderful and Dr Nicole is the most caring, compassionate and personable vet I've ever encountered. My dog and I have moved around a lot, so we've seen a lot of vets. Most have been good, but she is the first one to ever taken the time to explain things to me in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm a bother for asking. She is also the first one to ever get my anxious and reactive dog to take a treat from her during a visit. Excellent ! From staff to Dr Cora David. I went in initially as a second opinion but was so impressed Im staying with Pruyn. The new office is fantastic. Separate waiting area for felines which is great and just goes to show you how much thought they give to animals.

To be totally transparent, I, like many others who have left negative reviews, had been let down by Pruyn a few years ago. After a particularly unpleasant experience back then, I established care for my pets elsewhere. However, one of my pups was recently having some concerning health issues. Our current vet was scheduled out too far, but it also wasn't an emergency.
