Made a reservation online for a monthly parking spot and Jonathan gave me a call same day. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to get the reservation completed online. Check-in day was easy and whoever was working the front-desk was friendly and quick with processing the final paperwork. Reserved a U-Haul for pickup, CHECKED IN via U-Haul's process prior to picking up, and then PSA gave away my rental, because someone else who didn't plan ahead of time wanted my truck. I don't know what sort of system allows for a reserved truck to be given away, but they gave it away, because I arrived 30 minutes late. Extremely rude guy. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer, he thinks he's the president. I just went late and he's like I was waiting for you didn't have my lunch because of you and now I'm not going to serve you. I pity him and pity other people that has to hear trash coming out of his mouth everyday.
Very friendly and professional customer service. Clean units and moving in was better than other storage facilities I've been using. Only downfall is that I'm always in the sun when I load or unload items from my unit.
Used this self storage in the past that's why I came back ...
