I did one session focused on psychedelic preparation. I like the assessment tool that Scott used. It gave me scores in four areas and prompted me to think about aspects of psilocybin I had not thought about. We talked about support planning and intention including what I was thinking about doing during the days after my magic mushroom trip. I changed my plans after our coaching session and I am so glad I did. Scott gave me activities to do that were perfectly connected to my goals for my psychedelic experience.

Psychedelic Support Coaching is definitely worthy of the time and effort for anyone seeking an integrated experience. The tools PSC provides are motivating, and easy to follow. If the goal of your psychedelic experience is to create positive, lasting change, I highly recommend PSC. I’m two weeks into my integration process and am using the PSC workbook every day. I’m finding myself to be more focused and more intentional everyday, and the workbook is an awesome tool for reflection and integration.
Scott walks you through the process of your experience and provides an objective perspective to help you find that answers from within that you crave.
