Gab is a true master! My first time having done Reiki healing and I must say it was far beyond my expectations. I am deeply disappointed with the rigid and pressure-driven practices at this office. Despite already having an appointment scheduled for the following month, I received a notice stating that my chart would be closed if I didn’t schedule an appointment or communicate with them within the next 15 days. It had been just under four months since my last visit and I am not taking any medication prescribed by the practice. I have had all great experiences here😊 I especially like sound therapy with Tibetan bowls with Gabby during my Spravato treatments. It relaxes me and opens up my mind. While I’m certainly not happy to need treatment for depression, this is certainly helping to make the best of the situation. I also feel validated and genuinely cared for by everyone who works there❤️
If you choose to go with this practice make sure they are completely transparent with you not only about the treatment but payment. I received a bill six months after I stopped for $1600. I called and talked to Rob the office manager and he said he’d look into it. 5 months later after calling each time I got a bill, my several messages were never responded to. Quick review: excellent practice with so many options and services. Staff is great and very dedicated, the doctors are well versed and genuinely want to help. They even have a dogtor 🐕. Long review: I found PAP when moving to Philly from out of state and needed continuation of my Spravato treatment for TRD and MDD.
