I see Madeline De La Cruz and it’s been a tough road for me as I recently moved here and hadn’t been on medication for a while I had to establish care here. It was easy to get an initial appointment, it has been a little difficult to find the right medication due to insurance issues but case management has been a great help also w additional needs. Dr. B was the best thing about this place. I can see why he left. I adore the ladies in the office in the afternoon, but the company itself and the policies have made it even harder to navigate the already terrible mental healthcare system. I did TMS therapy here for a month 5x a week with a copay every day, even though I had Kern Families and it would have been covered completely. Wouldn’t recommend it. My provider refused to collaborate with my therapist because “I don’t do that”. I switched to another provider and they are willing to do it no problem. Also had issues with refill timings for my meds. Just find an online provider and look at the reviews before you go. This isn’t the worst place out there but there are far better.
I love my psychiatrist, but have the worst time with the office staff. I have stayed at the facility because of specifically Dr. Fernando. If it wasn’t for him I would have left a long time ago. Just recently, I was struggling to get a medication that I have been taking for three years approved by the nurse. Id give 0 stars if possible. They Failed to ever call me back for a new patient appointment the person I spoke to on the phone in DECEMBER said fill out the new patient paperwork and we will call back to schedule an appointment it’s been almost a month and I have never received a call how are people supposed to get help when the doctor’s office doesn’t seem to care enough to call back ?
