The Harlem location of PT of the City is wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and extremely personable and each member wants to help you improve and get better. Everyone is open to answering all your questions. The doctors will talk you through your pain /issue and then explain each exercise and how it will help. The facility is always bright, clean, and well maintained. I’ve had a hard time finding decent physical therapists and I feel like I won with this one.
I've been coming here for 3 weeks, and it has already made such an immense improvement. All the doctors are great, very supportive and helpful. They always run on time and the office is clean and well maintained. I went to 3 places before I came here and after I left my first visit, I had such a better understanding of what my shoulder problem was and knew this was the place I would continue my treatment. I can't recommend this place enough, it's really the best
Love this location. Flexible scheduling, clean facilities, friendly and dedicated staff that go above and beyond to make sure patients have a good experience, and most importantly, a significant improvement in my mobility. Shout out to Kimberly at the front desk for exceptional customer service!
Charles was great. At the start of my appointment we discussed why I was there and he conducted a number of assessments that involved resistance and stretching to get further insight into my problem areas. He proceeded to tell me next steps, which involved getting a massage to relax my muscles and being shown some exercises to help strengthen my muscles in my problem area. I love PT of the City the staff is dedicated to the attention and well being of their clients.They are professional and knowledgeable the treatment plan is designed for maximum results. Their receptionist Kimberly is the absolute best she's dedicated to the well being and comfort of all her clients she is always pleasant helpful and friendly I highly recommend this Physical therapy
