This review is specifically for the appointment experience and has nothing to do with the doctor. One of the reasons I’m also writing this is because in the course of the 1.5 hours I waited for my turn (despite having an appointment that was confirmed via text twice), I noticed the receptionist asked every client to leave a google review. Been doing physical therapy for my sciatica for few months now and I love this clinic ! The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the therapists are very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I’m seeing a lot of improvement already and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking physical therapy on the city.
Writing this on behalf of my family member who went to this clinic for pelvic floor help since she's pregnant. It was the most unprofessional appointment I have ever heard of. 1. She asked whether the doctor would send an after care summary of exercises. The doctor replied: "Why would I send them, there were only two, you should've just remembered." 2. They r very attentive and have innovative strengthening & healing techniques & apparatus. I am learning so much, gaining strength & healing at a rapid & steady pace.
I’ve been coming to the midtown office for a couple weeks now and I love it. The staff is so friendly. My PT is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure my comfort level is met. I highly suggest them!
