First, Good 80s jams to exercise to, and even better — people who care about what they do to help the people they’re treating. To piggyback off of what everyone else is saying, Belma is lovely, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is accommodated and the facility runs smoothly. The place is immaculate & clean! The crew at PT of the City is very organized. I arrived late but Belma was excellent at confirming I would be seen but they have a strict lateness policy … DONT BE LATE! Viren (PT) & crew were gentle with the therapy of my injured wrist.
I have a desiccated disc and was looking to help my body heal itself than go get surgery, I was recommended this PT place from a friend that said it did wonders. I’m so glad I came. The work and attention to my pain has minimized it so much and I am more capable and more hopeful! The physical therapists are great and thorough. Super clean, staff is so friendly and helpful, and my back and shoulder pain have greatly improved! Great flexibility with hours as well, I work full time 9-5 and have never had a problem with scheduling 2-3 visits a week. Highly recommend!!
I work weird, consistently changing hours. PT of the City is extremely flexible and understanding, they’ve been able to reschedule twice for me now with no issues. Super friendly and thoughtful staff, great atmosphere. Everyone is insightful and personable, making the rehabilitation that much easier!
