Elissa was so nice and helpful. She helped me on 05/21 at 5 pm. She stayed in the phone with me until the entire transaction was complete. I had called earlier to ask questions and she was patient and answered every question professionally. I was having issues online trying to book the storage and she had called back asking if I needed help which was perfect timing!
Great location. Secure entrance and willingness to work with you in regards to unit. Depending on availability and your willingness to be patient. Not always in the office so last minute rush in to find something may not be a good idea. Then again they are human and not their responsibility to be miracle workers ha. Amazing support for me and my wife as we were shopping around and booked after dealing with them. Would highly recommend
Horrible. Hard to get ahold of. Came today and the elevators were down. Sign said to take the stairs so I did. Then the gate to leave wasn’t working so I was TRAPPED. The sheriff had to literally come and open it. public storage claims they are “open” yet nobody is actually staffed when they’re supposed to be there. No emergency line to call. Absolutely unacceptable and will be moving storage units IMMEDIATELY. The girl I finally got ahold of at public storage was also incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Very pleased with the customer service provided by Alyssa. She was very helpful, made the move-in process very easy and was wonderful to work with. She is a real asset to Public Storage. Thank you Alyssa.
Price gouging! We have had a storage unit here for one year, and in that time period, our rate has increased twice. We are now being charged nearly double our initial rate. We have gotten texts about special deals and discounted rates, but those are only for new people. The facility is nice, but its value hasn't doubled in 12 months. Edit: The morning after this review was posted, Cindy called to offer a price deal, and I got an email offering a $33/month credit... for only 3 months.
