Susie has been so helpful with all my concerns and questions. I have noticed the front office and the overall property is so clean since she came to this location. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and a great asset to Public Storage.

Whether today only to find out the elevator 1 was broken and told to use elevator 2. Elevator 2 only goes to the 3rd floor and my unit is on the fourth floor. Frustrated that I was expected to carry things up stairs to the final destination, so took it back home. There are never enough carts to use for the number of people storing things. The office is never open. I have been there several times too. The storage space is nice however.
Ive been here for barely 4 months and my rent increased by 20$ when originally the lady I talked to over the phone told me to lock in my 60$ rent by that same day and I chose to trust her & drive an extra 40 minutes for that rate just for them to raise my rent. I am not happy with this on top of being locked in the storage unit with no way out and no one ever answers the phone. Beware before you sign anything.
Great customer service, communication is excellent. Tabitha was very friendly, kept a smile on her face & helped me with renting my unit.
