If ease of use and customer service is important to you, then look elsewhere! Pricing started out OK, but only going up! NO RESPONSE to questions or problems from manager onsite that I left a voicemail for! I wonder if there really even is a "manager" onsite at this point. My young son and I were locked in the building one night, and emergency # to get out was worthless! We couldn't reach a live person or get doors to open! By far one of the nicest and cleanest storage facilities I have ever been too. Most facilities have the certain smell all facilities have but not this one, very well maintained. Manager was super helpful and easy to to work with. Highly recommend
I needed a storage facility, and highly recommend this one. The security is great, the ease of check in was better than my previous storage facility, and Justin was very helpful with understanding and meeting my needs. 2 thumbs up!
