It was so easy once you signed up to access the building. It was very clean and even smelled clean. The lock was inside the unit when we first got there. All very easy, very user friendly.

If ease of use and customer service is important to you, then look elsewhere! Pricing started out OK, but only going up! NO RESPONSE to questions or problems from manager onsite that I left a voicemail for! I wonder if there really even is a "manager" onsite at this point. My young son and I were locked in the building one night, and emergency # to get out was worthless! We couldn't reach a live person or get doors to open!
