I love the facility and people but am very unhappy with the $68 rate increase after 4 months. I called the location and they gave me a higher up to call. The higher up said to go back to the location. The location told me to call the higher up. The higher up basically said too bad, told me thanks for calling and hung up on me. Definitely got the run around with no great solution for me.
I’ve been searching for the perfect spot to store my goods. I’ve checked many facilities, even other public storages. This seems to be the cleanest facility ever.
Looking for storage? I sincerely encourage you to look somewhere else. Elevator has been broken for months. They've hired day laborers to help you, but you still have to climb flights of stairs with your stuff. The Third floor has handicap signs on units. How does a wheelchair get up 3 flights of stairs? The poor guy in the office is clueless and probably the owner's punching bag since he has to deal with irate renters. John was just a pleasure to work with. We were originally looking at a different location but weren’t able to get the answers we were looking for. John made this process the most simple and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! He was knowledgeable and showed us everything without making us feel pressured into renting a unit.
We are truly disappointed with this place. When we rented it belonged to a small private business. After some time the big Public Storage business bought it. Their elevator broke for 6 months. We needed to move out and needed our furniture for the house. We could not move everything by ourselves using the stairs!!! We were on the second floor.
