The staff at this location is helpful, efficient and very friendly. Kimberly has a friendly smile & hello each time we see her. Ben is friendly and efficient. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Easy access through key pads, as well as the phone app. We have rented units at this facility on two different occasions. We highly recommend this location!
Clean storage facility with climate controlled (they keep 82°F) units are available to rent. It’s having three floors and have elevator to access. Storage is secured with gate and inside too. There is ample open space for big truck to load. Jasmine who handled my reservation request in store is very cooperative and tries to explain, help and assist to her best. Kim and Ben were awesome! We really enjoyed our service at Public Storage. The moving process was so much easier for us as a result.
Renting a Unit here was so quick and easy and Kimberly was amazing and so kind ! She showed us different units and helped us out a lot with it. Hope everything runs smooth while renting here for a year! Thanks again Kim.
Ben was amazing! Very professional. Courteous. Polite. Respectful and Funny. Recommend this location to anyone and everyone who needs it. Ben answered all our questions, took really good notes of our needs and wants, provided his recommendations based off his experiences and personal knowledge.
