Having to leave because I'm moving out of town but the manager Nick has always been super helpful and courteous in regards to any issues it questions I've had. I'm there a lot and I always see him or someone else doing walkthroughs to help prevent theft and nick even called me one time to let me know that I forgot to lock my unit which might've saved me a fortune!
Excellent service from Nick at Public Storage. From the beginning, he was very friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I've worked with Nick on several different occasions. He's professional, provides exceptional customer service, and very nice to deal with. I was a customer at this location before when I parked my trailer and came back and rented another unit several years later specifically because of his customer service.
The property manager was very nice and helpful. He answered any questions i had and even reached to ask if everything was satisfactory. We will use this storage place more in the future.
