I switched to Public Storage because the price was absolutely unbeatable! I’m paying 1/3 of the average going rate for this unit size. Katie had went above and beyond to help pick out a storage unit that would suite my belongings. She has a great personality when it comes to customer service and would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a storage unit to put their belongings in.
1 cart for over a thousand customers, this is unacceptable, also, they charge you $500 to use the cart if someone else signs it out in your name and takes it. Who is running this place? Don't be fooled, I regret using this place, I'll go somewhere else before the 28th.
Only 1 cart! How can you get to the 2nd floor with large heavy objects? I've been back 6 times to unload a large item from upstairs,I still haven't had a cart to use. This is fraud, so you can't get your items back out in time to change facilities before your next billing cycle. Also, what kind of security do you have when tell us people can take your carts while you punish the customers with a $500 charge to cover the theft and that'sthe excuse tgey give for only having 1 cart fir 1,000 units?
