I can go on and on about Brittany! She was wonderful she helped us get a transfer into new unit with no complications and she even stayed behind after her shift ended to help us get accommodated bug shout out to her! She deserves a raise!!!!🤍🥹
just purchased a unit and the Property Manger, Brittany and was soo amazing. She was knowledgeable, fast, affective and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Customer Support was great over the phone once I got to the Cedar Ridge location things changed, my reservation was still there but the price went up 60.00 the lady said she couldn't give me the reservation price the unit was no longer available and that was the best she could do so this was the 2nd location in one day that I wasted time going to the location the price changed. I typically do not leave reviews, but I must commend Jacobie for his outstanding customer service. Unlike the average service I have received elsewhere, Jacobie took the time to thoroughly explain my bill and assist me with the gate. In an era where quality service is rare, I felt it necessary to share my positive experience.
I stopped by my unit today and met Brittany the new manager. She was very knowledgeable and tremendous help with all of my needs.
