I typically do not leave reviews, but I must commend Jacobie for his outstanding customer service. Unlike the average service I have received elsewhere, Jacobie took the time to thoroughly explain my bill and assist me with the gate. In an era where quality service is rare, I felt it necessary to share my positive experience.
Customer Support was great over the phone once I got to the Cedar Ridge location things changed, my reservation was still there but the price went up 60.00 the lady said she couldn't give me the reservation price the unit was no longer available and that was the best she could do so this was the 2nd location in one day that I wasted time going to the location the price changed. I paid storage for two years, not knowing that once I took my items out of storage the smell would be horrible due to dead rats found in unit. Also Storage unit started at a lower price and after having everything in there for six months it went up. I would not recommend that facility if it’s that easy for rats to come into the storage with your items. Thankful that I have the insurance, but it will not be enough to cover everything and the time you have to spend making the claim.
This place has gone significantly down hill since Public Storage took over. Simply Storage staff and communication were GREAT but Public Storage is lacking. Since they have taken over my husbands unit has has a leak in the roof that has been reported and not fixed, mice have started over running the units, the light bulb in the unit messed up and he was told Public Storage does not provide lights in the units so it will NOT be fixed....even though the unit CAME WITH A LIGHT, and most recently the unit was broken into and who... read more
The staff were great, great communication was great as well. Staff gave me water and garage. Always checking up on me if I was doing ok. Thanks you king Kobe.
